How it works

No Software. No Login. No Learning Curve.

ContentCall doesn't ask you to adopt a new tool. It meets you where you already are — WhatsApp, a phone call, and your email inbox. That's the entire system. If you can send a photo and answer your phone, you already know how to use ContentCall.

Step 1 — Send Photos by WhatsApp

You don't install an app. You don't create an account. You just open the WhatsApp you already use every day and send a photo of the job — the same way you'd send it to a mate or a supplier.

A short caption or job title helps, but it's not a form you need to fill out properly. Send one photo or send ten — ContentCall groups everything from the same job together automatically, so nothing gets split into separate posts by accident.

What you do: Open WhatsApp. Send a photo. That's it.
What you don't do: Download anything, sign up for anything, fill out a brief.

Step 2 — Answer a Call

This is the heart of the system. Within minutes of sending your photos, your phone rings. It's a short, real conversation — 5 to 10 minutes — where we ask about the job: what the challenge was, what you did, what made it different, who it was for.

It's not a script you read from, and it's not a script we read from either. The interview adapts to what you actually say. Give a one-line answer and we'll ask a natural follow-up. Go off on a tangent about how tricky the job was — that's exactly the kind of detail that makes the finished content sound like you, not like a template.

What you do: Answer your phone and talk for a few minutes, like you would to a customer or a mate asking how the job went.
What you don't do: Prepare notes, rehearse answers, write anything down.

Step 3 — Review & Approve

Once the call ends, everything gets written up automatically — blog post, social captions, the lot. You get one email with a link to review it.

If it's good to go, one click approves it and the whole bundle goes live. If you want to tweak the blog post itself — fix a detail, adjust the wording — the approval link takes you straight into your WordPress admin to edit it directly, no separate tool to learn.

What you do: Open one email, read it, click approve (or make a quick edit in WordPress if needed).
What you don't do: Log into a separate dashboard, learn new software, chase anyone for a draft.

Step 4 — Publish Everywhere

The moment it's approved, the blog post goes live on your website and the social posts go out to your connected platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. One job, turned into a full week's worth of marketing, without you touching any of those platforms yourself.

What you do: Nothing. It's already done.

Why No Software?

Most marketing tools hand you another dashboard to learn — another login, another set of settings, another thing competing for your attention on a Tuesday afternoon when you've got three jobs on and a quote to send.

ContentCall is built the opposite way. We didn't ask "how do we get business owners into our software." We asked "what do business owners already do every single day, without thinking about it?" The answer was: send a WhatsApp message, answer a phone call, check an email. So that's the entire interface. There's no app to open, no settings screen, no onboarding tutorial. If those three things are already part of your day, you're already trained on ContentCall.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs through WhatsApp on the phone you already have, a regular phone call, and email. No app downloads, no account setup beyond the initial onboarding.

What if I'm no good at interviews or talking on the spot?

The call is a relaxed conversation, not an exam. There's no fixed list of questions you need to prepare for — it follows what you say. Short, practical answers work just as well as a longer chat; either way, the system pulls out what's actually useful.

How long does the call take?

Usually 5 to 10 minutes.

What if I want to change something after it's written?

You can approve it as-is with one click, or edit the blog post directly in your WordPress admin if something needs tweaking — the approval email takes you straight there. Social media captions are generated as final copy right now and can't be edited from the approval flow itself, so if one needs a change, just reach out directly.

Do I need a website already?

Yes — ContentCall currently publishes to WordPress sites. If you're not on WordPress yet, get in touch and we can talk through options.

What if I send photos from the wrong job, or change my mind partway through?

Just send through what you meant to, or get in touch — we're not precious about it.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your data is handled securely and never shared outside of producing your content.

What does it cost?

See our pricing page for current plans — no surprises, no hidden setup fees beyond what's listed.
