ContentCall was built by WeAutomate, an Irish automation agency — but it didn't start as a product. It started as a problem we kept running into with our own clients.


The Problem We Kept Seeing
Every week, we'd meet business owners doing genuinely excellent work — tradespeople finishing jobs customers loved, specialists solving problems nobody else could, advisors with real expertise built over years. And every week, almost none of it ever made it online.
Not because they didn't care. Because they were busy. Writing a blog post means sitting down, finding the words, second-guessing the wording, then doing it all again next week. For someone running a business, that's not a content strategy — it's a chore that always loses to the next phone call, the next job, the next quote that actually pays the bills.
We tried the obvious fixes first. Templates. Reminders. "Just spend twenty minutes a week on it." None of it stuck, because the problem was never really about time management. It was about format. Nobody struggles to talk about their work. They struggle to write about it.

So we stopped trying to get business owners to write, and built something that simply never asks them to.
